All plans are personalised and designed to be inclusive, helping individuals build sustainable habits around movement, nourishment, and balance.
How it works
To start, we have an initial conversation to understand individual needs and goals, followed by personalised plans covering fitness, nutrition, and daily habits, with ongoing check-ins to support progress and build sustainable routines.
For teams, or groups of independent professionals, optional wellbeing workshops can also be introduced to support healthier ways of working, with pricing tailored on enquiry based on length, location, team size, and format.
