Pricing and Packages

Getting started is simple. Clients begin by choosing the support package that best suits their needs and submitting an enquiry. From there, we’ll arrange a discovery call to discuss goals, priorities, and how I can best support. Once everything is agreed, support can begin in a way that’s tailored, flexible, and designed to fit seamlessly into existing workflow. 

Retainer packages are offered on a rolling monthly basis, discounted rates will be available for clients committing to longer-term retainer support. Referral incentives are also offered as a thank-you to clients who recommend my services to others. 

Ideal for business owners and sole traders who need reliable essential admin support with light touch marketing.

• Travel research & booking

• Minute-taking/transcribing

• 1–2 Canva graphics per month
• Up to 2 short social posts written (no scheduling unless added on)

Best for:

Founders who want consistent administrative help without a large monthly commitment.

Designed for businesses who need more in depth admin support and regular marketing output.

Everything in Core Support, plus:

• Website content updates
• Website template building (Wix, GoDaddy etc.)
• Copywriting for blogs, newsletters, or web pages (up to 2 long-form pieces per month)
• Social media post creation (and scheduling if required)
• Canva graphics, tiles and short videos
• Case study creation
• Deeper competitor research and/or company outreach
• Priority response time (same-day for urgent tasks)

Best for:

Businesses looking for steady visibility and more integrated support.

A full-service partnership covering admin, content, marketing, creative work, and strategic direction.

Everything in Core and Enhanced Support, plus:

• Larger website template builds or partial redesign support
• Marketing strategy development
• Full content management (blogs, newsletters, socials, repurposing)
• Multi-asset Canva creation (videos, templates, full sets)
• Monthly strategy review call

Best for:

Larger businesses wanting a highly involved Virtual Assistant who supports operations, content, branding, and strategy.

For all of the retainer packages, there is the option to add on additional tasks or hours (£35 per hour).

Perfect for businesses who want support that doesn’t neatly fit within a fixed retainer or who need help on an ad-hoc, project-based, or seasonal basis.
